An Apple Valley man is jailed after police say he fatally struck a 21-year-old in Bloomington with his SUV on Thursday night shortly after the two met up to complete a sale of unknown goods.

An Apple Valley man set up a marijuana deal in Bloomington last week and fatally struck the seller with his SUV while driving off with the drug, a criminal complaint filed Tuesday alleges.
