Trump officials asked the high court to vacate a judge’s temporary restraining orders, which they’ve been accused of violating.

In a win for the Trump administration, the Supreme Court says the White House can continue using a wartime powers law to deport suspected Venezuelan gang members. However, those suspects must also be given due process.

Administration officials said they expect the fight over using the wartime act to ultimately head to the Supreme Court.
