Liberated Brands filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy over the weekend and is looking to shutter its U.S. retail stores where it sold brands like Quiksilver, Billabong and Volcom.

All three brands are owned by Liberated Brands LLC, and the company filed for bankruptcy on Sunday in the U.S. District of Delaware, according to USA Today. The Spyder, RVCA, Roxy and Honolua brands also fall under Liberated’s umbrella, per USA Today, and it operated 124 retail locations.

All Quiksilver, Billabong and Volcom stores will be closing in the U.S due to a voluntary bankruptcy filed by Liberated Brands.

Liberated Brands filed for bankruptcy in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court earlier this week. Closing sales at all 122 stores have begun.
