By Jonathan Landay, Erin Banco and Patricia Zengerle WASHINGTON (Reuters) -U.S. President Donald Trump fired General Timothy Haugh as director of the National Security Agency, in a national security purge that sources said on Friday included more than a dozen staff at the White House national security council.

"The Trump Tariff Tax is the largest peacetime tax hike in U.S. history. These Tariffs are nearly 10x the size of those imposed during the Trump-Pence Administration and will cost American families over $3,500 per year," Pence said on Wednesday night without citing any specific source.
