RICHMOND, Ind. — The Artist's Palette Traveling Trophy is headed back to Northeastern after the 18th Annual All Wayne County High School Art Exhibition honors were awarded Saturday, April 20.

As this year's winner, Cactus Flower will retain the traveling chile-themed trophy it received last year. As in years past, votes came in through the chamber's website and social media platforms.
