There's really no substitute for quality painting tools, adequate preparation ... that you may not need some of these products if your walls are in good shape and don't need a lot of repairs.

Not even the best technique will work with poor-quality painting tools. Don't waste your money on those all-in-one throwaway roller setups when you can buy a pro setup that will last a lifetime.
