The Duncan Police Department was called on Thursday, Feb. 27, due to a woman screaming for help at the Heritage Inn.

Justin Smith, 26, was arrested in Atlanta on Sunday, March 9, Philadelphia police announced Wednesday. The arrest came after officers in Atlanta stopped a vehicle for an expired registration.

Justin Smith, who was wanted for the murder of his pregnant girlfriend, 21-year-old Dianna Brice, was apprehended in Atlanta on March 8. Brice's body was found on April 5, 2021, in Philadelphia.
