The high water levels of the Ohio River have crept into some downtown Cincinnati apartment buildings.Residents of the Artistry Apartments on East Pete Rose Way told FOX19 NOW Monday night that the rising river only took a little while to completely flood the lower levels of the building.

CINCINNATI (WKRC) - Severe flooding caused a road closure in downtown Cincinnati. Mehring Way and some of the surrounding area was closed in light of rising flood levels near Paycor Stadium. Crews erected barriers between Central Avenue and Elm Street.
