2月26日，西班牙机场管理局市场与国际关系部总监伊莲娜·格拉西亚率团访问四川成都。成都市政府外事办公室会同四川省外事办，联合西班牙驻成都总领事馆邀请省、市口岸与物流办公室，四川航空公司，四川机场集团天府机场等相关部门和企业，在中国-欧洲中心举行工作会谈。会议重点围绕成都至马德里直飞航线开通、中西两国航空互联互通，以及将马德里-巴拉哈斯机场作为连接拉丁美洲的枢纽等议题展开交流与探讨。
