LINEMAN SHOCKED TO DEATH.; Fell Across Wires in Front of Edwin Fiske's House at Mount Vernon.
MOUNT VERNON, Sept. 30. -- Ernest Haustler, a lineman employed by the Westchester Lighting Company, was shocked to death to-night in front of ex-Mayor Edwin Fiske's home in Second Street.
