The northwest corner of Grant Street and Amherst Street has come along nicely. It was back in December of 2021 that I first wrote about how a new owner was giving this building a substantial facelift.

Nick’s Place Express at 2466 Elmwood Ave., owned by Nick Ananiadis, will remain open. Its hours are 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday and Sunday and 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday.
