Sean Combs' legal team filed a motion to suppress the search warrants the federal government used to raid his homes and access his internet history.

Sean "Diddy" Combs' attorney Anthony Ricco asked to withdraw from the rapper's defense for his May sex trafficking trial because he could not "effectively serve as counsel" under any "circumstances."

The motion seeks to suppress all evidence obtained through these federal searches or grant a hearing to examine the government's conduct in obtaining the warrants.
