Two people — including an 8-year-old girl — were killed and two others seriously injured in a two-vehicle crash Sunday night on Interstate 295 in Burlington County, officials said. An SUV traveling north at 10:15 p.m. struck the guardrail on the right, reentered the highway and then collided with a second SUV, State Police said.

Sharfu Uddin, the driver of one vehicle, was identified as the deceased man, NJ.com reported. The 8-year-old girl was not identified. Two more people, a 26-year-old woman from Elizabeth, N.J., and a 29-year-old woman from Miami, were injured in the crash.
