Hi - depending on your preferences (it's an art gallery/museum) but I spent about 4 hours there, split into two visits. My interests covered both art and celtic/viking ancient history and geology. . I paid a second visit as I missed the recordings of the ancient language being spoken on my first visit. Hope you enjoy visiting it as much as I did.
For many years my late husband and myself were regular guests at The Cliff Bay. We lloved it and was one of our favourite hotels .In March I went back with my daughter .She too loved it and Madeira and wanted to return with her 3 children .Unfortunately the CB is fully booked so we decided to go to the Porto Mare in August .What alarms me from some of the comments on Trip Advisor is the problem with overbooking.Perhaps you can advise.
