We are proud to be the only air ambulance based in both the North-East and Cumbria. We also operate in North Yorkshire. We fly more than 1,000 missions every year, and last year needed to raise £5.2m to cover the costs of this service. We are a charity and rely on donations to survive. Our green and white helicopters carry doctor and paramedic critical care teams across the region, while our rapid response cars allow us to provide round-the-clock support. As a charity, we are constantly evolving and the level of care we provide is world-class.
