I’m not sure about the cost of Phong Nha Cave but it should be cheaper than Paradise. Also, to agree with one of the previous comments, if you are doing Paradise Cave on your own, go at an off-peak time. We went in the early morning and there was barely anybody there! Good luck :)
Hi, we are a family of five with 11, 8 and 7 year old kids and want to visit Paradise, Phong Nha and Dark caves. We are staying in Phong Nha and want to know if all the caves are suitable for the kids and is it worth the extra to book a tour and go further into Paradise than the 1km you can go on your own, thanks

All three will be OK for the kids but the younger ones may not be allowed to do the ZIP line at Dark Cave. We only went the 1k at Paradise going further is more of a real expedition …
