Alcohol is served but only outside the seating area, you won't be allowed to bring it in to watch the show.

All corners at the Palace Theatre are wheelchair accessible. I’m not sure where the wheelchair entrance is, but I have seen people at numerous concerts and shows in the Theatre. The Palace has wheelchair spaces inside at the back of the Theatre and the is a ramp inside the building. I hope this information is helpful.
