There are a selection of hotels near the center and they also have basic hostels that work with the Center. You should have no issues using the center at any of the nearby hotels. We stayed about 10 mins away and rented a scooter and had no problems getting in. Providing there is room for you to dive at the center. They're a busy center as they have excellent teachers and dive masters.
Does the dive centre have a pool? I'm thinking of doing a refresher there after a long long break from diving, and are wondering where do they conduct their confined water sessions. Also is there any good places to stay nearby if their rooms are full? Cheers.

AS far as places to stay, there are many good places in Moalboal, it really depends on your budget. There again, Cameron can give you some ideas.
