Hi there. The tours are free. There is a sign board right in front of the first building (on your right) after you enter the front gates of the village. They have tours offered in several languages at different times through the day. These tours are conducted by volunteers, working for the Korean tourism board. You go to the window on the right of the building, and register for the tour. Hope this helps.
