We have provided rescue services in Houghton-Le-Spring since 1913. Today, we offer wide range of health and safety training including confined space courses and working at height courses. Our training centre features state-of-the-art facilities – including over 100m of underground tunnels and an indoor work at height training rig. These facilities allow us to teach delegates in realistic conditions and emergency situations. We also have a City & Guilds mobile unit which we can tow, to deliver confined space courses on-site at offices, factories or work sites. The MRS Training & Rescue Houghton team is made up of highly experienced trainers – many of whom are real-life rescuers, who attend emergencies in the UK and internationally.
