I don't recall any parking right outside the venue. There is paid street parking across from it until it fills up, then you have to drive around the block to the nearest paid parking garage. There is a lane to drop off though, in front of the building. Hope this helps.
When I went to see River Dance I did not see a posted dress code. The event that I went to most people were dressed in what I would call business casual. Hope you enjoy yourself.
