Hi everyone, I am currently staying near Khao Lak and was wondering if i should do a day trip to the similan islands? My main interest is snorkeling and I have already been to a few places with nice sea life (eg Koh Phi Phi, Koh Tao) in the last two weeks plus numerous trips in the past (eg Indonesia, Red sea). As I only have a few days left and have heard very differing opinions about the islands regarding snorkeling I just wanted to ask if they really offer a special opportunity compared to the other mentioned spots and if this opportunity is worth the struggle getting there. Hi there, We are very interested in camping but we dont want to carry our big luggage into the camping site (there would be no space). Do you know if there is somewhere in phuket town, or if the tour company would safely store our luggage for us?
