Hogweed is only a problem if you snap the stem and come in contact with the sap as far as I know...the garden is beautiful, don't let this statuesque plant put you off as it is stunning in situ.

The garden can be found by following the signs for Gatton Manor off the A29 in Ockley. If you are travelling south through Ockley then turn right at the end of the village once you have passed the petrol station. The garden is a mile or so after you have turned off the A29. The entry fee is £12 per adult.

Hi Joyce, Directions and maps can be found on our website - hannahpescharsculpture. com SatNavs do not always work round here, so please look on a map before you come. If you are coming from the A29: continue through Ockley, and just before leaving the village turn right into Cathill Lane - you will see signs for Gatton Manor Golf Club. At the T junction, turn left into Standon Lane and continue for approx 0.8 miles. The entrance to the garden will be found on the right, 200 yards past the left turning to Okewood Church and before the Gatton Manor Golf & Country Club. The entrance is marked by green signs on both sides of the road, and you will notice gravel spilling out into the road. Please note that we close at the end of October for the winter, and will be reopening in the Spring (opening times can be found on the website) Thank you.

Hi, Thank you for all your answers - I can confirm that yes, dogs are allowed so long as you keep him/her on a lead and bring a baggie with you for any little 'accidents'. We love dogs!
