They do have a secure claims check, but I don't know if they would allow you to check baggage. My guess is that they would, but that they would insist on inspecting it first. Israel is serious about security and the guards are well trained, and have a metal detector. I can't see them letting you just roll in a big suitcase without insisting that you open it for them. But if this is not s concern, my guess is that they would agree to let you check it. You can always phone the information desk and just ask.

Different museums, different types of art. I would recommend the design museum in Holon only if you are really into design.... The building itself is unique and pretty special, designed by the Israeli/British architect Ron Arad. If your time is limited, I would spend the time at the TLV museum. That said, Holon has some other cool museum -- all at the same area -- one of my favorites in the Cartoon/Comics museum! There is also a children museum not far from that area.
I'm afraid, tis information is not correct. The parking price is 12 NIS/hour (3.15$). This price is clearly stated at the entrance to the parking. This is the best parking to use
