What you could do is have your driver takes you to the/a restaurant first? That could cut your walking distance by 50%.....Assuming after you left the restaurant, you went back to the beach. I would not walk back to the beach. Instead, consider a little shopping with your lunch. Excuse? You could be saving on sunblock. Even the shops around PCH are rather nice in this area. So, if a shopper, consider a restaurant + shopping, after beaching it up. Just a (good) thought.

I planned this all over the phone and it was perfect!! We went to the rocky area at little corona not many people and very beautiful. Pics on the rocks and in the water. We did ours about an hour before sunset.
