Hello, we are trying to book the Berg Lake Trail for June 2020 and I can't find any free camp spot. Does anybody know if all is booked already? the website only says that the whole trail is unavailable without any further reason. Im not sure if its a bug. Thanks in advance!

Don’t know for sure but anytime in June in that part of the country they can be bad. Don’t let that stop you from going - totally worth applying bug spray for your hike.

It’s a normal steel bike rack to chain to about 8 kms up the trail, probably holds about 10-15 bikes. I’ve seen bikes locked to trees as well. It’s as secure as your bike lock. If you have …

If you have a really expensive bike you could ask BC Parks if they’ve ever had any issues. Personally I don’t worry with my bike.
