Amara offers programs and services to families engaged in foster and kinship care, and prevention services to help families avoid system involvement. We're a nonprofit dedicated to working w/our communities to transform child welfare into a system that prioritizes family well-being. We know the best way to support kids and families is to address the underlying causes of family separation, including the impacts of poverty and racism.
